Product Return and Exchange Policies

All non-perishable products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects. Warranty information comes with the products and is also usually listed on the specific product manufacturer's web page.
Manufacturer's Warranties range from 90-Days to Limited Lifetime and all warranties must go through the manufacturer of the product if it is older than 30 days.

RETURN POLICY: We have a 30 day money back return policy.

Conditions: The product must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, in original packaging, new condition and unused. Wheels mounted with tires CANNOT BE RETURNED, therefore, please check the wheel to be sure it is correct before mounting.
The return must be accompanied by a copy of the Invoice with the RA Number written on it.
Shipping costs to you the customer as well as a 25-30 % restocking charge will be deducted from the original Invoice amount.
25% will be deducted for resalable products and 30% for non-resalable and/or perishable products.
Products that are made to order or is not a stocked item have a 30% restocking fee.

EXCHANGE POLICY: If the product did not work properly or has a defect, we will exchange it with the correct one.
If the incorrect product was sent to you or it arrived damaged, please make it known to the shipping Representative and/or BAGECo when you receive your order and we will arrange for replacement of the product.
Pictures of damaged products might be required in order to see what is damaged in order to determine if parts need to be replaced or the complete product replaced.

RETURN PROCEDURE: To return a product that meets the above criteria, e-mail sales@bageco.com informing us of your intentions and stating the problem. You will be sent a request form and upon FAXING it back with the information requested, you will be sent an RA number (within 2 working days) by e-mail. Place this number on the label with the address and send the product back. We will refund the amount of the purchase excluding shipping and insurance costs (and restocking fee where applicable) to the credit card used to make the purchase or by check if that was the method of payment originally.

NOTE: Return the product the way you would have liked to receive it in the first place. If we have to send it back to the manufacturer and it does not comply with their requirements (as outlined above) they will not accept the product from us. Someone has to absorb those costs if they (the manufacturer) do not accept our returns. So we think that the best way is to apply the same restrictions the manufacturers impose on us. We appreciate your business and look forward to continued good business relations. 

The 30-Day Guarantee does not cover items that have been used and/or installed.
